The first few pads will pick up the most!
With the exception of the scrubbing ability these pads do what the company claims they will do. Sometimes even cover more area which is good. But vaccuming/sweeping still must be done unless your floor is bearly dirty or it's your first few pads on the wet jet. Does it get unseen dirt possibly best yes. But, as for the rest of whats on the floor not necessarily. You must use the right amount of solution for the best results. Not alot or two little except maybe your first couple pads. If you don't you may move around dirt/mud. And I wish they sold the 24 box in most groceries two! I wouldn't/might not use it if your place has very little area to be covered with the wet jet. Toss Your Mop!
Nothing was worse than mopping the floor with dirty water. With the Swiffer WetJet the dirty water is gone. Wish this little mop had been invented 20 years ago.

Would have been a 5, but the company never responded to my problem. The package was a present which was delivered partially opened. It was missing some pads and they were never replaced.
