Warming Blanket
I like this blanket. I use it to heat up my husbands side of the bed. Just don't leave it on high when falling asleep, you will wake up hot.
It's a great product for the money.
Sunbeam Blanket
My grandma wanted an electric blanket, and I didn't know much about them so I bought one based solely on Amazon reviews. She is for the most part very happy with it, glad that I got a Sunbeam, says it's easy to adjust the heat and has enough heat even at the lower settings. Her only complaint is that it does seem to shed.
I'm pleased
This blanket is exactly as advertised. I like the lighted dial. The wide on/off bar is easy for a sleepy person's groping fingers to operate.
great blanket
This is my first venture into the electric blanket world and spent lots of time researching to see what the best options were, complaints, and affordability. I was a little turned off at first for subbeam and other companies received such negative reviews about their products so held out for a couple of weeks until the cold got to me. I decided to go with this blanket based mainly on the price and the ratio of positive reviews in comparison to other blankets. I have a queen bed but found that the price for a full was considerably much cheaper than a queen and since I only want to heat up my cold bed i figured size doesn't matter. I was right. Warranty Issues...
I have the same issues as everyone else. I bought my blanket earlier this year (January of 2008) and it worked well before. Now that I'm using it again, it's not working at all. Even when its turned on the highest heat seating, it's not working. Warranty is annoying. Who cares if there is a 5 year warranty, it won't even last a year before you have issues with it. Sad.
