Great unit, shows off my wines well
This is my 3rd Vinotemp unit. Very pleased with my purchase, again. They work great, and one of them is over 10 years old. The customer service was really good, i lost a key to an old unit and they got me a replacement one. This one I have in my kitchen and it is integrated under the counter. Good value product, they have always seem to have the best pricing for quality. The only negative thing is I will out grow it soon enough.
The VinoTemp V-58 - Poor Quality
I bought my VT-58 directly from VinoTemp through the scratch & dent program. I paid less than $300 because it had a nearly invisible dent in the top. Just 2 weeks after the 90-day warranty ran out the thing died and will cost as much as I paid - or more - to get the replacement parts. The replacement parts only have a 90-day warranty and are from overseas. I'm very disappointed in Vinotemp VT-58 58-Bottle Front-Venting Wine Chiller, Stainless Steel and with VinoTemp in general. I will not purchase their products again.

Vinotemp does not even deserve one star. I purchased my vinotemp directly at the 'factory' (though they are made in China!) in California. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not stand behind their products and their customer service rep. is extremely rude and unhelpful. I was finally reimbursed by my credit card for my LEMON wine fridge. Do yourself a favor and choose another brand or you will regret it, I assure you.
Great little cooler!
It's a great little unit. Love the stainless steel finish and that I can store both reds and whites thanks to the dual zone feature! I bought this over a year ago and have had not problems with it whatsoever.
Avoid this item
I did NOT purchase this cooler from Amazon and have been very happy with everything I have purchased from Amazon.
However, I did buy this item and it was a real lemon. Google this item before you buy! Be aware that this same item is sometimes sold as a 60-bottle cooler. I wish I had googled it! I found a number of reports from people who had the same problems I did. The item I purchased failed within 2 weeks of installation. The LED display started displaying a code that I could find no mention of in the pitiful instruction pamphlet that came with the cooler.
