Lousy design
I own the Panasonic ER411 nose trimmer which is excellent; closest shave you can get with a nose trimmer. It was getting old, so I decided to get a new one. Panasonic replaced the ER411, with the ER415SC, so I bought it thinking it would be the same or better. After I tried using it, I realized that Panasonic must have changed the blade setting, because it does not give a close enough shave. So, I decided to try out this Norelco. After the first try, it was worse than the new Panasonic model. The motor works fine, but the design does not cut nose hair close enough! Don't waste your money on this one. You are better off using a small scissor. Thing about it. They placed the sideburn/neck trimmer on a regular shaver on this contraption ... Read More
Ben Obi-Wan Kenobi's Nose Hair Clipper
I had tried several products--nose hair clippers--prior to this, but they didn't work very well. So, having purchased a Norelco triple headed shaver that I was extremely satisfied with, I decided to try the Norelco Nose Hair Clipper. I was pleasantly surprised at how safe and effective it is. Totally satisfied.
Norelco Nose Trimmer
Does the job, but does not do to well on longer nose hairs in the upper and lower parts of the nose. Round clippers seem to do a better job.
Great trimmer - if it's working
My husband said this was the best trimmer he's used. And then after using it twice, it stopped working. It sat in the bathroom for a couple of weeks before either one of us got around to doing anything about it. And then it suddenly started working again. I've seen other reviews that mentioned similar problems, so there must be some kind of manufacturing defect. If it works, it's great; but then you never know if it's going to work when you need it.
Died after 10 uses
Philips Norelco NT9110 Precision Nose and Ear Trimmer should no longer be sold. Mine died within 10 uses. Obviously, I tried new batteries, and that didn't work. I see from others here that they had similar experiences. Utter garbage.
