The Back to Basics Nut Roaster easily glazes all my favorites - almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews in a quick ten minutes on top of the stove. The roaster itself looks a bit like a deep fry pan with a mixing handle in the center. All I do is put the roaster on our electric cook top over medium high and then add nuts, glaze mixture (more about that later) and specified amount of water to pan.
