First-Class Fish Poacher
I received this about 3 days after the acknowledgement of order. It was more than I expected. I bought it because of the size (18-in) and the low price ($24.95). It is very nice medium-heavy stainless steel. I've used it twice in the first 24 hours I've owned it, and I'll be using it a lot more in the near future. I'm sure there are better units available, but I couldn't find any for less than $50--and I'll use a skillet to poach fish before I'll pay $50! This poacher will hold two large tilapia or 3 large catfish. I'm very pleased. And, Oh yes--it was very well packaged--no dings or scratches.
