Amazon.com ReviewStamped rather than forged, Twin Signature knives offer quality performance for the home chef at an affordable price. Like other premium cutlery from Zwilling J.A. Henckels, the Twin Signature blades are made from high-carbon, no-stain steel, are Friodur ice-hardened for corrosion-resistance and strength, and are laser-sharpened for a durable edge. The knives do not feature bolsters, which makes them lighter than most. Stylishly curved for comfort and a contemporary look, the black polymer handles feature the traditional three rivets and visible full tang, and for a spot of color, the red Zwilling logo permanently embedded in one side. While these knives are not as high-performance as, say, the Twin Select series, they do an admirable job of tackling most everyday slicing, dicing, and chopping tasks. Made in Germany, the durable Twin Signature knives are dishwasher-safe, although hand-washing is recommended, and are covered by a lifetime warranty.
