I have been using mine for two weeks now, and I have to say it really does work. Like some others have said, I was not hungry yet I didn't have the jitters. I found I didn't have any cravings for sweets and other carbs. Don't get discouraged if your scale doesn't show enough progress. So far I have only lost a couple pounds but also several inches. It was a good product but the service was slow. It took too lang to come in the mail. So I ordered from the company I initially ordered from the pills from. They delivered in two days!
Not for me
I tried The Popular 2 Day Diet Japan Lingzhi Slimming Formula - Best2DayDiet for a month and lost only 3 lbs. It wasn't the product for me.
So upset!!!
I am SO upset!!! My friend told me about these pills, she did lose alot of weight and she had no side effects. Well I tried it and did start taking 2 pills after the 3rd day, it did give me ALOT of headaches so I was taking headache medicine everyday! I am on my last 3 days worth of these pills and have lost NOTHING!!!! I am so upset because I hardly felt hungry cuz it did suppress your appetite and I still didn't lose anything, and all I did was drink water all day long, I felt as if I always had cotton mouth, It also said it was a detox, but I am regular and this made me not go for 3 to 4 day a week! I had to take laxitives to go, I will NEVER recommend this to anyone, all though my friend is losing weight, but it sucked for me!!!!!!!!
It actually works
I was a little skeptical when I first read about this pill, but then decided what the heck, I'll give it a try. To my surprise it actually worked. I have been taking it for a little over a month and I have lost 13 lbs. I had been having the hardest time losing that last 10-15 lbs and this pill helped me do it. What it did for me is basically curb my appetite. The product directions say you should start with 1 pill a day then if you don't have any negative effects, move on to 2 a day. I never have had to take 2, I tried it and it made me feel a litttle jittery, so I only took 1 a day and it worked fine.
