This is the first time I've bought jewelry over the internet and off Amazon. I thought for the price of $14.99 it was a good deal. It came in a timely manner. The color of the stone is darker than the picture shown. I think it's closer to this: 1.00 Carat Princess Cut Genuine Amethyst Sterling Silver Pendant Necklace. It came with the box shown along with the necklace to string it on. I can't make a comparison of the weight because I'm not sure what 1 carat is.
