Great product
This iten is great for slicing eggs and mushrooms. It makes quick work of them for getting a slad ready. I sliced the eggs in half and put them in this slicer and voila! Done in no time. Thansk for a easy to use product!
Perfect for strawberries!
I love mine--strawberries are done very quickly (although only 1-2 at a time). Also doesn't work if they are getting soft. Does NOT work for tomatoes. I use mine all the time--don't know why it would break unless you tried something really hard/firm(?)
This unit is definitely not as large as the original "Chopper", but still nice to keep some berries in the fridge.

Two blades broke out of the slicer--first time! It certainly does not compare to the onion chopper to which it is similar
I liked this and it is study and does the job.
It is very easy to clean. But I would consider getting a bigger model for bigger meals. Right now, I only cook for 2. If you have to cook for a family - get a bigger model.
