Michele Varga is the founder, President, and currently serves in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer of Neofill LLC., and HalfOffDeals.com. She shares her expertise in achieving business and profit goals with corporate financing strategies, delivering sustainable business growth, continuous improvements of new industry-leading products, services and sales.
Michele graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor in Business and Organizational Communication.
Co-Founder & Executive Vice President
Jim Varga is the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Neofill LLC., and HalfOffDeals.com. He is a high energy goal-driven leader that displays expert knowledge in the internet sales and marketing industry.
With over 20 years as an experienced internet entrepreneur and applying a strong expertise in data-driven, long-term strategic planning, he has led this company through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.
Prior to Neofill LLC., Mr. Varga spent over 12 years as Internet Marketing Manager with Clear Channel Communications and Don Joseph Toyota.
Mr. Varga is an avid Nascar fan and secured a nationwide NASCAR sponsorship for the 2011 race season for Half Off Deals. Mr. Vargas entrepreneurial experience has led his passions to making investments in related industry self-funded projects that consist of patent pending technology.
Mr. Varga is the co-founder of Social Fan Wrap LLC., the advertising driven Social Fan Wrap technology that allows users to place their social network profile image in a mosaic fashion. As a result of this technology, Mr. Varga secured a Nationwide sponsorship with Universal studios and their 2011 Summer blockbuster release of Cowboys and Aliens, placing over 55,000 fans on the 01 Chevrolet NASCAR driven by Mike Wallace.

I enjoy working with a group of people who rise to any challenge and truly give their all each day, while always supporting each other. Guiding our team to maximize their efficiency while contributing to the overall goal of providing excellent service to our partners is exciting and everchanging.
Lindsay Walinski graduated from Kent State University with a BA in Communications, majoring in Interpersonal Communications and minoring in Marketing. She is responsible for the efficient operation of the accounting, technology, and human resource departments. To achieve these goals, Lindsay collaborates with other members of the executive management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel. Her leadership and vision have been essential to the growth and operational efficiency of NeoFill as a whole.
Accepting the Director of Operations position was the next logical and well-earned step in her career with NeoFill. Originally hired as an Executive Coordinator in 2009, she provided comprehensive organizational and administrative support to the President and CEO of NeoFill. In 2015, she was promoted to Human Resources Director. In this role, she maintained and enhanced the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family. Her “me” time is often spent taking a HIIT class, lifting heavy weights, or taking a jog down a wooded trail with her son.

Caroline Moore is responsible for the execution of company White Label and Auction business strategies that consist of products and services marketed to the company 3rd party partners. Caroline graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in English and minoring in Business & Organizational Communication.
She has almost 10 years of extensive sales and marketing experience with NeoFill. Caroline’s expertise was instrumental in creating the auction platform that has grown to be such a huge revenue generator for NeoFill’s partners.
Along with her substantial responsibilities at NeoFill, she somehow manages to keep up with four energetic boys at home!

Specializing in sales and incentive promotions for the US, Canada, and Mexico, Jennifer has worked with multi-million-dollar clients such as Mack Trucks, Michelin, GAF, Moen, and Bridgestone Firestone. Her experience includes brand imaging, media buying, attending annual trade shows in Las Vegas, and much more. She has traveled to Costa Rica, the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic, and Aruba with clients.
